Accessing Team Roster Information

You will need to have an account on the Community Ed online registration system in order to view your class rosters.

Create Your Account

Use your name, not the organization name.

  1. Access the online registration site.
  2. Select Create one now across from "Don't have an account?".
  3. Complete the Register a New Account Form and select Create Account.
  4. Once your account is created, email or call 636-891-6644 with the name of the account holder and what classes you teach. Community Ed staff will assign rosters to your account and notify you when it's complete.

Steps to Run Rosters by Class

1. Access the online registration site.

3. After logging in, you will be directed to your account dashboard. If you are not automatically directed to your account dashboard, select Explore All Programs at the top of the page and then select View Your Dashboard.

4. Once on your account dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Courses You Teach section. This section will include all classes you teach for Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed.

5. Select Download Roster next the class name. The system will then create and download the up-to-date roster for the class. If a wait lists exists for the class, those names will be listed at the end of the roster.
