Availability

Are you ready to come to the OEC? Once you have made your choice, click the link below to register an account, check availability, and begin the OEC request process:

  • Register your account if this is your first request; or sign in if you are a returning customer.

  • Select New Request.

  • Select Babler OEC Rental from the Request type dropdown

  • Select Babler Outdoor Education Center from the Building dropdown

  • Select the building(s) you wish to request from the Resources dropdown

  • Or, choose Calendar to view specific dates (be sure to filter by "Babler Outdoor Education Center"). Choose your preferred date(s) and make a new request.

Once the request has been submitted and reviewed, staff will follow up to answer any questions and begin the planning process.
