It's not often you get an Olympian who regularly swims with Michael Phelps to come to your swim club's practice and film individual swimmers, but that's exactly what Rockwood Swim Club members had the option to do as Glenn Mills, and his son Kyle of GoSwim.tv visited Lafayette High School.
Mills won the breaststroke at the 1980 US Olympic Trials at the age of 18 and founded GoSwim, a video production company, to help swimmers all acrosse the country achieve their goals.
Over the course of three nights Mills and his son videoed about 70 members of the Rockwood Swim Club to evaluate their stroke techniques, starts and turns. They will also provide the swimmers with critiques on how they can improve to be the best swimmer they can be.
