Taking it to the Next Level for Middle School Students
The Zone offers middle school students opportunities for fun and enrichment throughout the summer. The Zone recognizes that autonomy and independence are as important for middle school students as having fun. For this reason, they are asked to give input on projects, activities, field trips, and guest speakers. Middle school students attending the Zone get to be a creator of their own summer experience - one that is not only fun, but rewarding and memorable! The Zone program is designed for middle school students who have completed 5th grade through age 13. Students who turn 14 prior to their first day of attendance in the Zone are not eligible to enroll. In order to avoid disrupting a student’s programming, any student who begins attending the current summer Zone program at age 13 is eligible to continue attending throughout the summer. Check in January for details. Registration opens February 9, 2020.
